Best Singapore incorporation providers for foreigners

The resident-director requirement
A Singapore company needs at least one director who meets local residency rules at registration. An overseas shareholder does not automatically satisfy that role. ACRA company registration.
ACRA says foreign founders must engage a corporate service provider to reserve a name and register a business. Moving to Singapore to run it requires a work pass; FIN holders should check with their pass issuer before accepting a role. ACRA foreigner requirements.
